Very spacious, nicely decorated, good location. Comfortable big beds

Small balconies but it is as shown on the photos. Read the small print about having to pay for the electricity for A/c etc. Not expensive but !

Breakfast was not included in this accommodation option, as it was an apartment; preparing meals meant shopping at a store located a 15-minute walk—or a 5-minute ride—away (transport was available right near the hotel, though keep in mind that foreigners are charged double, making the trip to the supermarket 200 shillings). The room itself was clean and tidy, though there was a minor issue.

There were no major issues with the apartment itself, except for a broken double bed that collapsed the moment anyone lay on it. Another problem was the shower area, which reeked of urine—apparently, the toilets and floors hadn't been cleaned properly—so we had to keep the doors closed to prevent the smell from spreading throughout the apartment. There were also interruptions to the electricity and Wi-Fi. Furthermore, construction work (involving jackhammers and drills) continued until late in the evening, and later there were issues with guest drop-offs and pick-ups, with cars honking outside the windows until 3 a.m. The noise would start up again at 5 a.m.—with music and the sounds of dancing—as staff from the neighboring hotel arrived for their shift.
