I recently stayed at this hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The property is well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, with a great atmosphere that made the stay feel both relaxing and special. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the overall service was consistently attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Dhahabu, the Guest Relations Manager, who truly made a difference during my stay. Dhahabu was exceptionally helpful, approachable, and genuinely attentive, always ensuring that everything was running smoothly and that guests felt well looked after. Their professionalism and warm manner added a very personal touch to the experience and really set this hotel apart. Thanks to the excellent service and the outstanding hospitality shown by Dhahabu and the wider team, I would happily recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

Mira’s restaurant, kitchen is slow, food is not delicious at all,definitely in need for improvement. Just a simple cappuccino takes a long time to get served.
