Funky Town - Walkable to Nashville Attractions

The property was secure, loved the parking and the access to Nashville. The decor was super cute and two bedrooms with private baths upstairs was awesome. The appliances including washer and dryer were updated and so nice to use. I also want to say customer service was AMAZING. We had an issue with needing batteries for remotes on the first day. They had someone at the door within an hour. The next day we woke up to no hot water. They had the issue fixed in two hours of my email which was amazing. All of these things are unavoidable, what matters is how quickly they are fixed!! I can’t say enough about their response time. We had a wonderful trip!!

The walk to Broadway is a piece of cake. The walk from is uphill. It was fine for us, but worth a note for older folks or people with any mobility issues. This is minor but the rugs were fairly worn and dirty. Maybe consider removing those or replace with something washable. Some extra attention should be paid to cleaning the hard floors in the bathrooms. Again nothing to deter us from staying. It was a great value.
