What an amazing location! Quick walk to 2nd and Broadway and the perfect spot for day trips in any direction. Parking was very convenient in a gated section with push button access that fits on your keys. Easy access to I-40; coming and going was so smooth. The hosts were great!

The condo was perfect for a stay in Nashville. Easy walk down the street to Broadway or Bridgestone Area in our case. We had plenty of room for 5 of us.The only thing I would like to share is the one bathroom must be accessed through the master bedroom. So if you don’t care about anyone passing through the bedroom to get to the bathroom your fine, We had our daughters so it was no big deal but if it’s 2 couples it could be an issue. Traffic from street was a bit noisy but we’re not light sleepers. It was clean and had extra things for you if you forgot a toothbrush or Qtips or lint roller. So that was also very thoughtful and nice. All in all we enjoyed and would recommend and we would stay again.

Jessica and Tyler were very responsive to any of our questions. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. It is in fact a short walk to Broadway with it's entertainment and numerous dining choices. Would recommend!

This location is a super close walk to Broadway. That was a nice option with staying here. We stayed here with another couple. I will say, the biggest issue we had was the lack of privacy. There is really only one actual bedroom (that has a door). The other two beds are off the kitchen, which was somewhat strange when we arrived. The loft bedroom was cool but the stairs were difficult to bring stuff up and down on so we ended up leaving our suitcases in the living room. Plus, getting up in the middle of the night was made more difficult because of the stairs. The other issue that we had, which I don't feel is really brought to light in the description is the bathroom situation. The bathroom is attached to the main floor bedroom. There is only one way in to the bathroom which, was strange because we had a couple staying in that bedroom. Fortunately, we are comfortable with each other so even though it was super awkward, it was manageable. I think it is important to know the bathroom situation prior to booking. We thought the bathroom was accessible a different way from the pictures. The good--the location is unbeatable. The complex was quiet. The place was clean. Overall, I would stay again, with the understanding that it is best for a family or a small group. I cannot imagine staying here with more than 4 people--especially if you are not very comfortable with one another.
