Downtown Skyline Heights with Stunning Ocean View

Great location, lovely building, accessible and lovely views! The house is nice for 2 people who only want to stay there night and use the building facilities. There is a washer dryer, which is great ( but no detergent- you will have to buy that)

The property wasn’t clean. They first changed our room and even the second one wasn’t very clean. They did clean it after we asked but only the next day and they were stingy with provisions. Even after cleaning, the mats were dusty and we had to make do with dirty linen for the extra bed for the first night. I had to wash the blanket myself. They gave us only two paper towel rolls for the 4 nights for 4 people, the kitchen is very basic, there is no coffee (only the machine), no kitchen towels, or basics like salt, sugar etc. The key fob almost never worked in the elevator and you had to request someone to help out.

Excellent location, very nice studio apartment.. absolutely no stunning ocean views.. nice city view. Very clean and well presented. Plenty of space and well appointed kitchen with sufficient facilities.

Property not as described, absolutely no view of the sea. Nice little balcony with a city view. Property was missing some simple little extras. A bedside lamp or lamp in main sitting area. Only large overhead ceiling lights. Being British we did miss a kettle…

Du bist direkt in downtown Miami. Es ist also Flussläufig zu vielen schönen Orten. Der Ausblick aus einem solchen Hochhaus ist auch sehr cool! Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge sind sehr schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man es als eigenes kleines Apartment empfindet, als ob man tatsächlich dort lebt und eine gute Zeit hat. Mit dem Pool und dem Gym auf dem Zwischendeck hat man alles was man braucht. 👍🏽 das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl.

Als kleiner Vorschlag für die Ausstattung: was wirklich eine sehr schöne Geste wäre und sich alle Gäste freuen würden wäre eine kleine Grundausstattung für die Küche. Also Salz, Pfeffer, Öl etc. Alles nicht teuer und jeder würde sich freuen, da man niemals eine Packung im Urlaub selbst schaffen würde.

Cudowny apartament ze zdumiewającym widokiem na DownTown i South Beach. Przyjechałyśmy wieczorem więc nocne światła i widok z balkonu od razu zaparły dech. Poranek jeszcze ładniejszy. Świetny gospodarz, pozostał w stałym kontakcie na etapie zameldowania i później, szybko odpowiadając na wszystkie pytania. Świetna strefa basenowa i jacuzzi również z pięknym widokiem, dostęp do filtra wody. Świetna lokalizacja wypadowa do zwiedzania Miami. Sam apartament dobrze wyposażony, strefa z łóżkiem oraz dzienna z aneksem kuchennym i sofą.

Jedna mała rzecz - w kuchni przydałyby się jakieś ściereczki, ręcznik kuchenny.
