The view from the apartment was absolutely spectacular. The location is super central and convenient, close to everything we needed. The building and facilities are very modern, safe, and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great location, lovely building, accessible and lovely views! The house is nice for 2 people who only want to stay there night and use the building facilities.
There is a washer dryer, which is great ( but no detergent- you will have to buy that)
The property wasn’t clean. They first changed our room and even the second one wasn’t very clean. They did clean it after we asked but only the next day and they were stingy with provisions. Even after cleaning, the mats were dusty and we had to make do with dirty linen for the extra bed for the first night. I had to wash the blanket myself.
They gave us only two paper towel rolls for the 4 nights for 4 people, the kitchen is very basic, there is no coffee (only the machine), no kitchen towels, or basics like salt, sugar etc. The key fob almost never worked in the elevator and you had to request someone to help out.

Excellent location, very nice studio apartment.. absolutely no stunning ocean views.. nice city view. Very clean and well presented.
Plenty of space and well appointed kitchen with sufficient facilities.
Property not as described, absolutely no view of the sea. Nice little balcony with a city view.
Property was missing some simple little extras. A bedside lamp or lamp in main sitting area. Only large overhead ceiling lights. Being British we did miss a kettle…
