Clean spacious quiet and nice balcony

The pool was great. The bedrooms were nice.

We had been told that we could store our luggage if we were at the apartments before 11am. We arrived at 9:30am and I texted the number given to me by the Breezy Luxury Apartments on the Booking.com website. The number was supposed to connect me with “Enzo the property manager” and after an hour, I received a response from him that he has not worked for the company for 3 weeks. I had no other number for Breezy Luxury Apartments. I contacted Booking.com support and was talking to them when I finally received a message from the “new property manager” at 11am who met us in the lobby. He was very nice and apologized for the situation. He took us up to the apartment and showed us where we could store our luggage. If I had been told that we couldn’t store our luggage until 11am, we could have gone to breakfast instead of sitting in the lobby with a 2 1/2 year old. The communication was extremely poor. Mind you, I had been texting the “property manager Enzo” for weeks before our arrival. I have no idea who was returning my messages. The apartment itself was okay. We needed more towels as there were 6 of us and we used some of the towels for the pool so we didn’t have enough towels for showers. There was a dryer so we made due by drying the towels. The beds are very low to the ground so a little difficult for the older adults (seniors) to get in and out of. The TV was confusing. It was hard to get our streaming services so we had to watch the free channels. The information for checkout was not clear. It said there was a hook to leave the keys on, there wasn’t. We left the keys on the counter and closed the door. We left at 10:30am. At 11am, I received a message to leave the keys and to leave the door ajar. Obviously, I didn’t since we were already on the move.

Great location for the price!

Staff was unhelpful. Room had wet spots on rug, balcony was dirty and under construction (which the balcony was one of the main reasons I booked this place) and the main window that covered balcony was literally taped up and fell down in the middle of the night waking us up. Had to hide in the unit so no one would be us naked because the workers were outside of my window working outside and the neighbors could see right in! Also not a major concern but why provide a washer and dryer for short term stay without detergent. We know they can be better because our friends got a room on another floor and it was WAY nicer and cleaner and had clean balcony and shades
