Soap in master shower was empty not filled. Laundry soap under the kitchen sink empty, but over all was great

Enzo was great and even met us with the keys to the apartment at 1:30am due to a late flight to Miami! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! If we needed anything all we had to do was ask!!

Die Lage
Der Checkin war kein Highlight. Erst nach 3 Anrufen und nach über 30 Minuten kam ein unscheinbarer, demotivierter junger Mann in die Lobby, der vorher schon dort seine Kreise gezogen hat. Wir saßen unübersehbar mit unserem Gepäck in der Lobby. Erst als WIR ihn angesprochen haben, gab er an uns zu unserem Appartment zu führen. Kein Hallo oder Lächeln...absolut wortkarg und muffig.
Zur Wohnung selbst: Das Appartment war grundsätzlich ok, der Balkon sehr dreckig. Auf den Bildern wurde eine Aussicht auf den Bayfront Park gezeigt...wir hatten Aussicht auf eine Hauswand. Wir würden nicht mehr hier buchen.
