On the inside, everything was pretty much brand new. The bed was comfortable, fine shower with excellent hot water, good kitchen facilities. Layout makes sense for a business traveler or a couple on a tighter budget. I needed telephone support to figure out how to get in, which is not a good thing, but at least the quality of the support was very good. Clear printed instructions at each entry point would prevent this problem from happening in the first place.
The outside appearance. From the outside, it basically looks like two cell blocks of a prison. There was no staff on site. The self check-in instructions could have been clearer. The code you were given only opens the door of the block that contains your room - logical but not particularly intuitive. The location feels and looks like the middle of nowhere.
