The location is great, very central and close to the metro, yet just outside super touristy streets. The room itself was quite large and comfortable. The living room upstairs was cosy, but we didn't really use it. All in all, a good price-quality stay.

There was only one bathroom to share with two big rooms, and no separate toilet. Also the quality of the furniture in the room wasn't great (e.g. a side table that already came loose from the wall).

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux petits commerces. Malgré cette animation les nuits restent assez calmes et permettent de se reposer. L'artère principale, Via Toledo n'est qu'à 5 mn a pied, et là on accède au Métro, bus et station de taxis . ( Nous avons apprécié cette station pour pour trouver un taxi à 5h00 du matin pour aller prendre notre vol en fin de séjour). L'accueil de nôtre hôte qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions et petits soucis. Une petite mention spéciale pour eux, quand ils se sont arrangés pour nous prêter un téléphone après la perte...🧐 du mien. Nous avons apprécié le geste.

Знаходиться в атмосферному місці. Але це може бути не для всіх. Було багато кухонних приладів, цікаві книжки. Господар швидко відповідав.

Дуже важко підійматися з чемоданом бо сходи дуже високі і вузькі. І їх багато ! У кімнаті не було інтернету, лише на кухні. У кімнаті з власною ванною кімнатою дуже не зручна ванна кімната, у душі мало місця і він постійно падав, ванні не завадив би ремонт. Дуже брудні вікна крізь які нічого не видно. Не вистачає у ванній кімнаті гачків для рушників. На терасі усі квіти засохли і фото тут не співпадають з реальністю. Дуже погана звукоізоляція тому раджу взяти з собою беруші бо район досить шумний. І беріть з собою крем від комарів бо по ночам вони полюють ).
