非常方便，裡面生活用品應有盡有，我還帶了洗衣精、洗碗精、菜瓜布，裡面通通都有，不用自己帶！

垃圾不方便丟，住了四天，第三天要拿去樓下丟，密碼不能用，就繼續堆再住宿裡面了！

The location was excellent. Rycom Mall is a walking distance and it was an amazing unobstructed view from the property. Very quiet, clean, and all the amenities made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

We wish we didn’t have to write a negative review because we truly love this property, but the app-based keyless entry system turned into a nightmare for us. Please take this as friendly advice for future guests. One night, there was a fire evacuation alert, so we rushed outside with only our essentials — wallets, iPhones, and passports. Unfortunately, we left our charger behind. The alert turned out to be a false alarm, and all the residents were able to return to their units except us. Our mobile WiFi device had run out of battery, which meant our phones no longer had internet access, so the app would not unlock any of the doors. We ended up locked out of the condo late at night in our pajamas with no way to get back inside. In desperation, we had to ask another resident passing by if we could borrow a charger. Our advice to future guests: make sure your phone always has internet access and enough battery power if the property relies entirely on app-based entry.

チェックインに時間がかかりました。電波状況が悪く、携帯電話でキーを認識できなかったため、ロビーに入るのに苦労しました。さらにエレベーターも問題で、正面玄関で1時間も足止めされました。子供も大人もへとへとでした。ようやく部屋に入ることができましたが、次回からはルームカードでの入室を希望します。ありがとうございました。
