This is actually an excellent apartment. Soft beds, very clean, nice furniture, big TV,. I'd rate it 10/10 if it wasn't for the really annoying messages and check in procedure
Online Check-in and communication is TERRIBLE . So much stress and wasted time Theres a confusing app that REFUSED twenty times to accept my passport photos. Messages on booking.com are done by a HORRIBLE AI robot that sends HUGE messages with useless information, and hides vital information among all the text. The AI is even rude and sarcastic at times and told me it had "already informed me" when I asked it to explain the confusing check in and parking procedure
