Appartement calme.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.
La place de stationnement privative est clairement un plus et la proximité du logement avec les commodités et les transports en commun en font un endroit parfait d’où partir pour visiter Lyon.
La résidence est très calme et nous n’avons pas été embêté. Ceci étant dit, ma femme, si elle avait été seule, ne se serait pas sentie très à l’aise dans le quartier.

Ruim appartement, warme douche, goed uitgeruste keuken (oven, magnetron, fornuis, koelkast, waterkoker, nespresso apparaat). Goede locatie bij supermarkt, velov en OV haltes. Comfortabele bedden, ook de slaapbank was voor 2 tieners prima te doen.
Parkeerbox was aanwezig, maar is minder geschikt voor grote of waardevolle auto's. Hygiëne en kwaliteit van meubels kan beter. Voor de gevraagde prijs, voldoende kwaliteit.

El apartamento es funcional. Dispone de todo lo básico necesario. Dispone de plaza de parking, que si viajas en coche, es fundamental para dejarlo allí y moverte en transporte público. (A tan solo 3 minutos a pie está la parada de tranvía). El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. Las instrucciones sobre el check-in y check-out fueran claras y fáciles. Repetiría si vuelvo a Lyon.
A modo constructivo, me hubiera gustado que la limpieza hubiese sido más esmerada en algunos pequeños detalles. La nevera enfría poco, incluso en el modo fast cooling. Nada serio destacable.
