Good for short stays, convenient location for work/tourism
The location was close to shops, bakeries, public transport and everything you need to get around. Wifi signal was great, kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils. Neighbourhood is quiet and seems quite safe, so nobody will bother you from the locals. Host provided a list of important information in regards to the public transport, getting to the place, and general tourism (although only in french).
Bedroom heating was not functional, the shower space is quite small, not suitable for male adults. The floor was not completely clean, dirt was just pushed in corners instead of vacuumed. The checkout process was annoying, we got a list of things to fulfil prior to our leave, which weren't necessarily hard, but its more expected for to be done by a cleaner.

Bem localizado. O Apartemento é bonito e bacana.
Primeiro fator apartamento tem baratinhas pequenas. Segunda questão é os aquecedores que são programados só funciona um certo horário durante o dia. Terceiro fator tive um desentendimento sobre a questão das toalhas pois ela questionou que sumiu as três toalhas. Reafirmo aqui que não teria porque eu ter roubado as três toalhas, sendo que para reservar o apartamento é preciso pagar um calção. E ela afirmou que as toalhas sumiram e que iria descontar do valor do calção.

Appartement confortable, bien situé
J'avais avant tout besoin d'un pied à terre avec un lit confortable et il était très confortable. Il y a tous les ustensiles qu'il faut pour préparer des repas simples. Une situation très proches des commerces et transport.
Un petit hublot de la salle d'eau qui laisse passer la lumière des escaliers, jusque dans la chambre même si la porte est fermée et cela à une heure très matinale ... La douche, très jolie mais très petite ...
