The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, always replying very quickly. I actually lost my headphones during my stay, and she personally went to look for them, and even sent me photo proof. That level of care and honesty is rare and really appreciated. The apartment itself had everything you need for a comfortable stay, very well equipped and cozy.
Nothing really, everything was smooth and hassle-free.
