Super clean, spacious, great sunlight and airy, and very comfortable for a single traveler or a couple. Makes you feel like you’re in Milan….not like some anonymous hotel environment at all!
The staff was super responsive and very very helpful, particularly before I checked in and was stuck with my baggage lost by Air France in Nice.
The neighbourhood is just about ok…. Which is understandable given the price value equation. It’s located about a kilometer from the central station, but there’s a tram stop right outside, so once you figure out the connections it works!

Close to the train station
Absolutely stunning decorations and space
The main room didn’t have a curtain and it was too bright. But honestly that’s it! The place isn’t located in a touristy spot, so you need to use transportation
