This is a high-tech smart apartment located in a safe neighborhood, with many automated features that made our stay very comfortable. The host has excellent taste, and the furniture, kitchenware, and other furnishings all feel very high quality. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and very well soundproofed. There was heavy rain outside during our stay, but it was completely quiet inside, and we were not disturbed at all. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was especially convenient. There was plenty of hot water with strong water pressure, so taking a shower was always very relaxing. The host also thoughtfully provided a video showing how to collect the keys, which made self check-in very easy and straightforward.

One small issue was the design of the main entrance door handle on the ground floor. I accidentally scratched my hand on it while opening the door and it caused a minor cut, so it may be worth improving for safety.

Location was perfect as it took only few minutes walk from the Central Station! The property was super quiet as no traffic noise in the neighbourhood, and you could easily access to the Metro, Supermarkets and restaurants etc! And nearby it has the police station made you feel safe even walking home at night! The unit was clean with two bathrooms, and well maintained with lots of utensils! The WiFi was excellent and no problems at all on the connection! It had a large SmartTV and we enjoyed to access the Apps!

No complaints at all!

The property is easy to find and near to bus and tram stop. The building is new and apartment is very spacious with two LED TVs installed. Everything was available and staff were very responsive. Our stay was very quiet and comfortable.

There was a slight issue which staff solved very next day. However some towels were provided dirty which staff made sure that it wont be an issue in future.
