The house is super comfortable and clean. There is everything: coffee, snacks, laundry, TV, internet, and even diapers with things for toddlers. It's a big house with beautiful decorations. My family and I felt like we were at home. The staff responded quickly. We look forward to staying again next time we visit Nagoya (we live in Joetsu). Many thanks!

ホストの方がとてもきめ細やかで、メッセージにもすぐにお返事くださった。近くで食事する場所やお弁当の件などをお尋ねしたところ、すぐに素敵な場所を教えてくださったり。とてもすばらしいホストさんでした。個室もそれぞれ快適で、夜、仕事をしなくてはならなかったのですが、それも捗りました。近くにセブンイレブンや美味しい居酒屋さんなどもありました。
特にないですが、お風呂は（特に不潔だったわけではないですが）あまり入る気分になれませんでした。あと、wifiが少し弱かったのが気になりました。
