Sympatyczny i współpracujący gospodarz, świetne położenie, dobre wyposażenie apartamentu. Parking dla samochodu na wewnętrznym patio budynku

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Praktycznie w samym centrum. Mieszkanie czyste, widać że niedawno było remontowane.
Pomimo faktu, że mieszkanie było niedawno remontowane panuje tam spora wilgoć. Zapach wilgoci jest wszędzie i jest bardzo intensywny. W mieszkaniu jest na stałe zainstalowany osuszacz i rekuperator. Właściciel wie o problemie stąd te urządzenia. Łazienka jest mała i wszystko byłoby Ok gdyby nie wielkość umywali. Ciężko umyć ręce nie mówiąc już o twarzy. Ciężko się tam zmieścić. Do tego wejście do budynku jest zorganizowane przez zewnętrzne stalowe schody. Niestety bardzo strome. Jak ma ktoś problemy ruchowe to może być dla niego spore utrudnienie.
