Łatwo i szybko można się przemieścić się do starej i uzdrowiskowej części miasteczka. Miejsce ma potencjał. Nowy właściciel na pewno ma kolejne plany. Warto skorzystać z tej "miejscówki"

Piękny widok z okien kuchni. Lokalizacja blisko parku i centrum miasta.

Do kuchni trzeba było iść zewnętrznymi schodami w 10 stopniowym mrozie. W łazience trzeba zrobić remont i poprawić standard. Pokój, no cóż ...hm... standard z lat 90- tych ubiegłego wieku. Niemiły zapach... Generalnie pensjonat wygląda na zaniedbany. Po zadbaniu i remoncie może być bardzo atrakcyjny.
