Here you can enjoy the sunset in the evening directly on the marina...with a cool drink in your hand...what more could you want? ...and that on 2 terraces. Comfortable living elements and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax by the (ethanol) stove. From here you have a magnificent view of the harbour. Two beautiful bedrooms with spacious box-spring beds (1 double bed 180x200cm and 2 single beds 90x200cm) offer a relaxed and restful sleep just like in a hotel, including a flat-screen TV. A baby travel cot is available. A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 150x200cm) is suitable for 2 additional guests and you wake up with a direct view of the water. The flat has underfloor heating and elegant, white double-glazed plastic windows with blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Of course, your four-legged friend is also welcome here. The long sandy beach is only 500m away, in the low season your dog is welcome everywhere, in the high season there is also a dog beach which is only about 1500m away. Furthermore, there is an additional free service: - Netflix on all TVs (in the bedroom, as well as on the 55 inch -4K living room TV) - Internet via fibre optic connection in the unit (not everywhere outside) - TV in the living room via Telekom Home Entertainment - "Standup Paddle" (SUP) for use free of charge - Senseo coffee machine & filter coffee machine. This holiday flat is ideal for families with children, couples, dog owners, kitesurfers, windsurfers and small groups. The nearest beach in Port Olpenitz is only 500 metres away and has several beach sections (general bathing, nudism, windsurfing and kitesurfing and of course the dog beach). Catering is provided by a great restaurant. Weidefelder Strand is only a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk away and is known for its good water quality. Your four-legged friend is also welcome there. Outside the main season, the entire 5-kilometre-long beach is open to dogs, and during the main season, several sections of the beach are open to dogs. A wide range of activities awaits both active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet. Whether pedal boat hire, surf school, diving, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing, playing with the dog in/near the water or just relaxing in the warm sun. Children's playground, snack bar, beach restaurant, beach chair hire or naturist area - nothing is left to be desired. Sanitary facilities are also available at the paid car park. No visitor's tax is charged. The over 30 km long gently sloping sandy beach, which stretches from Falshöft, the northernmost tip of Angeln on the Baltic Sea, via the Baltic seaside resort of Damp to Eckernförde Bay and even beyond, offers a wealth of leisure activities on land and water. There is currently no tourist tax on all three beaches The prices are valid for 4 persons, each additional person pays an extra bed per night. By the way, infrared is not only something for us humans but is also suitable for dogs.
