The apartment "Riviéra Maison" is located directly on the sea and offers a large terrace, a balcony, a spa sauna, a whirlpool and a wood-burning stove. This luxury equipment is complemented by 2 e-bikes and a Thermomix.
"Rivièra Maison" the name is in this luxury vacation rental program. This apartment, built over two levels, is equipped with comfort and attention to detail.
Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area and access to the large terrace. The kitchen has an equipment that goes beyond the usual level. The floor-to-ceiling windows give all rooms plenty of natural light and offer a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.
Enjoy the harbor cinema from the roof terrace during the day and end the day with a sundowner in the evening. A Weber electric grill and the cozy amenities of the terrace make the evenings with sea views unforgettable. A balcony to the south side allows all day sunshine.
The cozy living area is next to a wood-burning stove with a large flat screen, a music system, DVD player and a desk. Games, X-Box, DVDs and books are available to our guests. Also on this floor there is a shower room and the balcony to the south-east side with Baltic Sea view is directly accessible from the living area via wing doors. A staircase from the living area leads to the spacious upper floor. Here is the large bathroom with spa sauna, whirlpool and water views. A large bedroom with double bed and view of the marina invite you to dream and relax. In addition, another bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) is available, which can be pulled out if necessary to two double beds.
In front of the house there is a free parking space available. Our guests have the opportunity to use two e-bikes, which are in the bicycle shed in front of the house.
The apartment is part of the southern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the surrounding area. We are happy to inform you about the exact status.

Das Objekt war wirklich toll. Jedoch sind keine 6 Betten. Eher für 4 Personen.

Also Check-In war naja sagen wir mal so nicht grade reibungslos. Also um 16 Uhr sollten wir die Schlüssel via Tresor bekommen. Wir selber waren 15:50 Uhr vor Ort. Die Schlüssel waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht vorhanden. Um 16:10 Uhr kam eine Reinigungstruppe von Meerzeit und hat unsere Ferienwohnung ca. 5-10 Minuten „gereinigt“. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte via persönlicher Übergabe (in Corona- Zeiten wohl gemerkt). Abends als wir den Fernseher anmachen wollten, hatte dieser keine Internetverbindung. Also Fa. Meerzeit angerufen und um Hilfe gebeten. Nach dem 4. Tag in Olpenitz hatten wir dann nun auch endlich ein Fernsehbild (Mitarbeiter meinten erst das Problem sei das Internet, dann der Router, aber eigentlich war es so, dass die falsche Internetverbindung am TV verbunden war, was wir aber auch erst nach mehreren erfolglosen Tagen durch die Leitung der Fa. Meerzeit mitbekamen). Lage an sich war sehr abgelegen von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber dennoch war es sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer (wo man aber nicht baden konnte/ durfte). Das Ferienhaus war für 5 Personen echt groß und sehr gut aufgebaut. Also von der Ferienwohnung her, hatten wir alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar ein Thermomix stand uns zur Verfügung. Ebenso zwei Elektro- Fahrräder, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Viele Bauabschnitte waren ebenso vorhanden, aber dies wurde ja laut Veranstalter vermerkt. Ich persönlich denke auch das es in 5-10 Jahren deutlich besser hier sein wird und noch einiges passieren wird (im Positiven Sinne). Ich lasse mich gerne positiv überraschen. Alles in allem fand ich den Urlaub ansonsten recht ok, und sehr ruhig zum verweilen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen bzw vorbeikommen wenn man in der Nähe unterwegs ist, um zu sehen was sich in den Jahren getan hat. Und naja vllt ist da ja dann mal wieder ein Aufenthalt bei „Meerzeit“ drin. 😉
