There is a flat screen SMART TV which also has a built in DVD player as well as a dining area in the bay window overlooking the gardens at the rear of the property. There is free full fibre broadband WIFI. The property is surrounded by nearly an acre of mature gardens which guests are welcome to use. In the summer outside furniture is provided for guests to enjoy. At the front of the property there is a car park and each apartment is allocated a parking space. There is additional on road parking immediately outside the property. This is unrestricted. For guests with electric vehicles, there are two EV charging points in the car park. The property is surrounded by mature sub tropical gardens which guests are free to use. In the summer months garden furniture is provided so that guests can enjoy this outside space.
