Two connected units with open kitchen-living room, Swedish stove, several sleeping areas and two bathrooms offer a lot of flexibility. Underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, parking available and good public transport connection. Ideal for families or groups.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The combination of the 2½-room apartment Roseg (59 m2) and the Studio Nair (24 m2) is located on the 1st floor of the historic Chesa Michel and together offers a spacious home for up to 6 people. Both units are connected internally and furnished in the traditional Engadine style with pine and antique furniture.
The apartment Roseg has an open living and dining area with a Swiss pine kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A Swedish stove provides a cozy atmosphere. Two additional beds are available in the living area. The separate bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment, toilet and sink.
The adjoining studio Nair ideally complements the apartment and offers two more beds, a dining table, a practical cabinet kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower attachment, toilet and sink.
The combination is particularly suitable for families or groups who value time together and at the same time retreat opportunities. Parquet and floor slabs, underfloor heating and radiators ensure a pleasant indoor climate in both units. Historical photographs make reference to Bever and the Upper Engadin.
