The combination of the 2½-room duplex apartment Morteratsch (66 m2) and the Studio Grisch (24 m2) can accommodate up to 6 people. Living area with Swedish stove, open gallery with sleeping places and three bathrooms offer a lot of comfort and flexibility. Underfloor heating, fast WiFi, parking available. Dogs are welcome. THE ACCOMMODATION: The combined unit consisting of the duplex apartment Morteratsch and the Studio Grisch is located on the 2nd floor of the historic Chesa Michel and offers a spacious home for up to 6 people on a total of 90 m2. Both units are internally connected and designed in the traditional Engadine style. The apartment Morteratsch has an open living and dining area with a Swiss pine kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A Swedish stove provides a cozy atmosphere. On this level there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, toilet and sink. An internal staircase leads to the open gallery under the roof, which is furnished as a sleeping area with four beds. On the gallery there is another bathroom with shower, toilet and sink available. The adjoining studio Grisch ideally complements the apartment and offers two more beds, a dining table, a practical cabinet kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a third bathroom with a bathtub, shower attachment, toilet and sink. Parquet floors, underfloor heating and radiators ensure a pleasant indoor climate in all areas. Historical photographs make reference to Bever and the Upper Engadin. The combination is particularly suitable for families or groups who appreciate shared spaces and retreat options. Bed linen and towels are prepared for the booked number of people (maximum 6 people). The final cleaning is included in the rental price. Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of CHF 10 per dog per night. Please indicate at the time of booking whether and how many pets you are bringing with you. Parking spaces are not automatically included and can be used on request. Arriving by public transport: Bever can be reached directly by train. Bever Train Station is within walking distance of Chesa Michel. From the train station you can reach the house in a few minutes on foot. Thanks to the very good train and bus connections, Bever is ideal for a relaxed journey without a car. Even during your stay, excursions in the Upper Engadin can be easily made by public transport. Arriving by car and parking: Parking spaces are not automatically included and can be used on request. This is located to the left of the entrance of the Chesa Michel. You will receive the personal code for the key box in good time before your arrival after completing the online check-in. After check-in, a digital guest guide will be available to you. This contains important information about your combined apartment as well as helpful information about Bever, the surroundings and excursion possibilities in the Upper Engadin. Please keep the removed keys safe during your stay. At the end of your stay, please put the keys back in the key box so that the next guests can check in easily.
