Fewo Am Sommerberg

Quiet and modern furnished private 55m² flat directly at the nature reserve in the Black Forest. The bright flat with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging facilities offers space to relax. Activities on site: Bicycle tours, archery course, water treading area, hiking tours, farm shop and much more. Further shopping facilities within 1.7 km. Lake Constance, Freiburg, Stuttgart and Alsace are all just over an hour away. The cone card is included (see below for more information)! The house is located in a suburb of Donaueschingen. Aufen is a quiet holiday resort. The flat is located directly on the edge of the nature reserve and is therefore the last house in the street. The house was completely renovated in 2021. A staircase leads to the house from the street. The flat is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and private garden area. The modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking with a view of the greenery. You can sit comfortably at the bar, drink coffee or enjoy a fine meal. In the adjoining living room there is a cosy couch, armchairs and a table that can also be folded out. You could also eat or work comfortably here. There is a small cloakroom with a shoe cupboard in the hallway. The bathroom has a rimless toilet with soft close function, a washbasin and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed has a pocket spring mattress and measures 180 * 200 cm. The window has a fly screen so that the window can also be left open at night. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the flat. Quiet neighbourhood mainly with detached houses. The approx. 200 square metre garden facing north/east is used exclusively. In the village directly within walking distance are: - a pizzeria with fine stone oven pizza - the railway station "Aufen" which is served by the ring train - an organic farm shop where you can buy fresh bread on Fridays; there is also a vending machine on "Brigachtalstrasse". Potatoes, grilled meat, sausages, jam and much more can be bought here at any time - a Kneipp bath - an archery course - playground Other shopping facilities: - Supermarkets, bakery and sports shop approx. 1.7 km away Visitor's tax/ cone card: The town of Donaueschingen charges a visitor's tax. This amount is included in the accommodation price and is passed on to the town of Donaueschingen. On arrival in our flat you will receive your personalised Konus card, which allows you to use public transport free of charge. An information flyer is also available.
