Those who feel at home here Those interested in culture, nostalgics and all those who love the authentic style of Ticino manor houses will get their money's worth here. Small, quiet dogs are also welcome and will find a quiet spot. About the accommodation On the top floor of the house, the panorama is breathtaking: Lake Maggiore lies at your feet and on a clear day, the view stretches as far as Italy. Historical drawings, antique furniture and an azure blue bathroom with ceramic tiles reflecting the light of the lake give the flat its special atmosphere. Room layout The flat has three rooms and can accommodate four people. With the exception of the bedroom with two single beds, all rooms have a view of the lake, so that the interplay of light and water remains present throughout the day. Location and connections Chalet Bazzi is located on the edge of Brissago, close to the border with Italy. Ascona with its lively centre can be reached in around ten minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, although the buses run irregularly - it's worth checking the timetable. Activities and experiences A walk through the steep alleyways to the lake leads past magnificent manor houses and fragrant gardens with lemons, oranges and cedars. In the historic village centre, the Renaissance church of San Pietro e Paolo invites you to linger. Excursions by boat to the Brissago Islands or cultural and culinary experiences in Ascona are also popular. In the evening, you can end the day relaxing on the balcony or garden seating area.
