Note on construction activity in the neighbourhood:
The "Kurhaus" on the opposite side of Wilhelmstraße to FIRST has been demolished in recent months. New construction work is currently underway, which - depending on the nature of the current work - could have a greater or lesser impact on the neighbourhood. According to information from the local authority, construction work is permitted on weekdays between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm.
We have therefore already taken a corresponding "building site discount" into account in this year's pricing. This applies to all four of our penthouse flats, even if they are likely to be affected differently due to their respective locations.
Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the progress or progress of the construction work and of course we cannot influence it.
