The exclusive villa is located approx. 280 metres above sea level in an absolutely exposed position on the cliffs of the municipality of La Matanza. The region (Punta del Sol) is also known as the sunniest of the north. The villa "Casa del Sol" is an ideal accommodation for holidaymakers with high demands who are looking for peace and relaxation away from mass tourism.
The Costa Acentejo nature reserve begins directly below the property, which has a circular hiking trail or invites you to hike to the sea. The living spaces exude exclusivity and cosiness in equal measure. For families, the villa "Casa del Sol" offers a home for unforgettable holidays. The villa can accommodate a maximum of six people in a living space of approx. 140 m².
The tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz is approx. 15 km away, plunge into the hustle and bustle there and return to an oasis of peace.

The villa "Casa del Sol" offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a very spacious living and dining area with an open fireplace. The antique wooden kitchen is a real highlight. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, four-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron can be found in the adjoining storage room. The large dining table in the living room easily seats eight people. From there you can enjoy a marvellous view of the entire north coast, the Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. The two master bedrooms are tastefully furnished with quality beds (180 x 200 cm) from the "Swiss Flex" sleeping system, as is the children's bedroom, which has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and is adjacent to one of the master bedrooms. One bathroom is en suite and has a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a shower/bathtub. The private wine bodega with a brick-built barbecue offers a very special ambience and the solid wooden table seats up to eight people. Right next door, in the wine cellar so to speak, there is a small bathroom with a rustic-style bath and WC. The villa is fully equipped with bed linen, tea towels, shower towels and beach towels, bathrobes and hairdryer etc. A small stereo system as well as German SAT-TV (Astra) and WLAN are also available.
The large garden with typical local plants and the year-round heated pool (8 x 4 metres) also offers an outdoor shower and sun loungers. Several terraces round off the cosy fair. The beautiful south-west facing location not only offers breathtaking sunsets, but also views of the highest mountain in Spain, Mount Teide. The view of the entire north coast and its sea of lights at night has a very special charm. The view of the Teide (3718 metres), Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic Ocean is absolutely breathtaking from the entire garden area and the villa. An outdoor sauna made of high-quality cedar wood integrated into the garden is another highlight. The window front opens generously into the garden and offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean even while "sweating". Directly next to the sauna, in a covered area, is the jacuzzi for 2 people, from where you can also enjoy the view of the Atlantic.
Parking is available in front of the property on the street. The property is completely fenced, so there is no obligation to keep your four-legged friend on a lead.
The holiday home is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can explore the island and go hiking in the mountains. You can socialise with the Canarian people or enjoy the peace and quiet to relax or reflect on your life goals. Spend time here alone with your partner or with your family.
