Everything. The view is stunning

- The host, Klaus, welcomed us very friendly and did a good job hosting. - We could check-in early. - The welcome gifts were a nice touch - The sauna was nice and of good quality - It was quiet and guests respected each others privacy - We could use the laundry room free of charge which was a nice extra

- We think that the property has come a bit of age. Based on the pictures we thought the property and ammeneties would be of a higher/better quality or at least to a newer standard. In our opinion the price was a bit too high therefore. We think that the price should be lowered accordingly or the place renovated. That's pretty much where the 7/10 rating comes from for us. We are actually a bit surprised by the high ratings on booking. - Another thing to highlight is the shower water: It is very slimy. They had to adjust the water filter system due to clogged pipes. Until the end of our stay we never really got used to it and it made showering a bit nasty for us to be honest. - That's really an extra and doesn't influence our rating but an outdoor pool would be cool, especially with views like that. It seemed like there would be great places for it on the property. Maybe something to consider. :)

The view was amazing, the bathroom is perfect for cocooning, big and clean room with an amazing view on Teide mount. Terrace is perfect to have a drink at the sunset. The garden and the pool are beautiful

Klaus was unable to meet us but left us detailed instructions to access the location. He had also left fresh bread, cheese and meat for us and fresh flowers. The location and view are spectacular - only downside is that you need a car to get there and it's quite out of the way. The apartment was spotless and the facilities fantastic. Everything you needed was there to stay put if you have your food shopping done.

The only downside was we had problems with the electricity which Klaus apologised for but it was to do with external factors that he could not control.
