About this villa rental
The villa is located in an absolutely quiet location in an evergreen and mild climate zone throughout the year with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. Particularly noteworthy is the outdoor area with an 8 x 4 m large pool that can be heated (supplement 15 €/day) and the spacious furnished terraces, along with a flowered garden that also includes tropical plants and fruit trees, such as mangoes, avocados, papayas, bananas, etc., where our guests are welcome to use for their own enjoyment. In the rear garden area there is also a barbecue terrace, from which one also has a wonderful sea view. The spacious living area has a completely renovated living and dining room with fireplace and smart and satellite TV (mostly German), a separate kitchen with access to an additional dining room to the rear garden, a master bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom, a completely renovated shower room and a complete bathroom. There is an extra bed, cot and child highchair available for an additional child. An ideal holiday home for individual travelers who want to spend their holidays far away from the mass tourism tourist centers.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Hemos podido disfrutar de una semana fantástica la primera semana de septiembre. Localización perfecta con unas vistas maravillosas, tanto hacía el Teide como hacia el océano.
La casa, con su jardín y piscina, es una pasada.
Es perfecta tanto para pasarte el día en remojo como para moverte de excursiones por el norte de la isla.
Atención correcta y rápida con la Top-Kanaren.
En cuanto podamos, repetimos.
La única queja sería la televisión. Tiene TV satélite, pero con todo en alemán. No fuimos capaces de sintonizar una sola emisora en español y pese a avisar, no se pudo solucionar.
La tele es una smartTV, con lo cual si hubo acceso a YouTube, etc.
En nuestro caso, fue un problema menor porque estuvimos todo el día fuera.

Family holiday in April
The stand out feature is the view from the property. An excellent panorama from the volcano to the sea from this picturesque villa. It has pretty much has everything you need and we cooked several meals as well as making use of the stone barbecue. Enough space and the living dining room is comfortable. It is nice to enjoy breakfast in the rear dining space next to the kitchen. Wherever the sun/ whatever time of day there is somewhere to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Not much else in the immediate area except a small pizza place down the hill, nothing special. However, its location is perfect for exploring the key sites in the North of Tenerife. Top Kanaren were quick to respond and sort any needs out. They had different people it seemed retained and on hand to resolve any issues. Overall, we were extremely happy with our choice. Then there is Tenerife itself.. well I’ll leave you to discover the magic of its diversity.
