A covered terrace with a complete outdoor kitchen with barbecue, gas hob, fridge and sink invites you to enjoy delicious meals "al fresco". The property is fenced, has a lockable access gate and offers parking spaces. The main house is wonderfully spacious and offers luxury in every room. The entrance hall and living area are double height. From three sides of the living area, you can enjoy a great landscape view of fields and trees. The fantastic kitchen has a cooking island and offers a long dining table with chairs. On the ground floor there is a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a ramp for wheelchair access to the main house and this bedroom. This bedroom has wide doors and a wheelchair accessible en-suite shower room with access to the outside. A separate utility room and a guest toilet complete the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own terrace. One bedroom has an antique Mallorcan double bed and a luxurious bathroom with separate shower. From this bedroom there is access to a partially covered terrace with wonderful views of the rural surroundings, the small town of Santanyi and the coast in the distance. The other bedroom has two single beds and a beautiful new shower room. There is access to a terrace with marvellous views of the countryside. Steps lead down to the garden. Guest houses The two guest houses are close to the house and have a view of the garden. The first guest house has twin beds, ensuite shower room and access to a private terrace with table and chairs - a lovely place to relax. There are 4 steps down to reach this guest house. The second guest house is an open-plan bedroom/bathroom with antique furniture, a four-poster bed and wardrobe. There is also access to a private terrace overlooking the garden.
