Welcome to the modern holiday flat "VINO BLANCO" in the resort of Arenales del Sol, just 10 km south of Alicante. It is the ideal place for those who want to sunbathe on the wide, sandy beach and enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. The 4-bedroom flat is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the swimming pool and leisure area. There are several pools - one for adults and a heated jacuzzi, a smaller children's pool and a playground with slides and swings, all within the complex, so you too can enjoy the fun, safe in the knowledge that your children are safe. The flat is designed for up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a spacious living room with sofa bed, as well as a large terrace with rattan furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee and plan another impressive day on the Costa Blanca at sunset in the evening. Other benefits of the flat include free Wi-Fi, 4K TV, air conditioning and good kitchen facilities. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage. After a few minutes' walk (less than 500 metres), you will reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire Costa Blanca - Arenales del Sol beach, with a length of up to 7 kilometres, which is located between the charming beaches of El Altet and El Carabassí. The access to the water is gentle and shallow, so even families with children can swim in it comfortably. The beach infrastructure is adapted to even the most demanding water sports enthusiasts. Nearby is the Clot de Galvany Natural Park, a protected area with various ecosystems (salt lakes, mountains, hills, old terraced fields, ponds, dunes and beaches). You are about 5 minutes by car from the Gran Alacant shopping centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The location is a very important asset of the site. Alicante can be reached by many airlines and the flat is only 7 kilometres from the airport, from where you can reach Arenales del Sol in a few minutes by car or taxi. The national road N332 leads to Santa Pola (10 km), the centre of Alicante (13 km) or Torrevieja (43 km).
