The centre of Cala Egos, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is about 600 m away and the marina of Cala D'Or can be reached in two minutes by car. The main living area, which is quite unusual, is located on the upper floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. Thanks to this layout, there is more light in the living area, a fresh sea breeze comes in during the summer and you can enjoy a wonderful view that you would not have otherwise. The spacious living area is inviting with its cosy, large sofas. When the windows are open, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea view. The terrace has a wall only 50 cm high.
