宿泊前日に同行者が体調を崩して宿泊できなくなってしまいましたが、人数変更にも迅速に対応していただき、返金までスムーズに対応してくださいました。ロケーションもとても良く、タクシー乗り場が目の前にあるため移動が快適でした。水郷祭の花火を屋上から見ることができたのも最高の思い出です。近くにコンビニがあり、必要なものをすぐ買いに行けるのも便利でした。室内は綺麗で清潔感があり、乾燥機付き洗濯機とジェルボールタイプの洗剤が備え付けられていて助かりました。コーヒーやお水のサービスも嬉しく、快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！
唯一気になった点は、上の階ではWi-Fiが繋がらなかったことです。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。
