The flat covers the basic comfort, but is clean and well maintained. There is 1 double bedroom with carpeted floor. Two further rooms are located under the sloping roof. One double bedroom which is trapped and accessible via the room with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with the necessary basic comfort. The furnishings show signs of wear. There is a reserved outdoor parking space in front of the house.
