The property is good, location is good. price is good ! staff are nice too.
there is no staff at the counter during business hours, we needed to make an international call to contact them if we have any problem and questions, really inconvenient.
staff are nice, but barely see them.
The owner or management should provide enough basic daily stuff for tenants so they don't need to go out to buy them, such as trash bags, and napkins. we had 6 people and stayed there for 5 nights, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper. On the last day, we ran out of toilet paper!!
They only provide "a" trash bag when we move in, we have no experience that we need to buy another trash bag if I rent an apartment for 5 nights and 6 days.
The Internet connection is bad. The instruction is not clear. The two devices were broken. They should check it before we move in. Instead, they will check if the kitchen is restored and charge us a fee if possible. That is one way of thinking.
