Excellent staff, very helpful. Arranged free pass for bus and explained how to use the pass for cable car. Organised a kettle, cups and power adaptor all at no cost. Breakfast (buffet) adequate but no hot food. This place is designed for skiers, hikers and Bikers. Our room was 4 x single beds (but we were only paying for a couple). Shared bathroom facilities were extensive and excellent, we had them to ourselves almost all the time due to low occupancy at the time.
The location is away from town, but this proved not to be an issue with regular multiple bus services within 6 minutes walk. (The penalty for a lot cheaper accommodation with plenty of space.) Bobs & Co Restaurant and a pizza restaurant within ten minutes walk provided for dining out at a reasonable rate based on Swiss prices.

Clean, good location, easy checkin, quick service
Terrible breakfast (no warm food, no eggs, no porridge, no overnight oats, no vegetables, just bread with a few toppings and a few müesli) For vegetarians, gluten intolerants, dairy intolerants there's hardly anything to eat.
Rooms and corridors were cold.
Very sterile cold architecture, echoing in the corridors, no warmth or personality. Felt cold and unpleasant.
No towels included.
