The beautiful family that run it. The young daughter greeted us as we were early and explained everything to us. She was amazing and helped us out with any questions. They also sorted an early taxi to the airport for us. It’s a very new property with a really large bathroom. It’s a short walk to the beach which is beautiful and quiet. They have a sister property called the Sea Lap which is where the sea front restaurant pictures come from on this listing. We had a beautiful lunch there with fresh calamari and a seafood salad. Which was beautiful and felt like something I wild be served in Mykonos! Great food. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
Property is perfect - it is a little further away from the beach than described so 100m rather than beachfront which was slightly misleading but not a problem.

Amazing brand new property 2 minutes from the beach. We stayed for 5 days and loved it ❤️. The room is immaculately clean, very comfortable bed and great a/c. The shower is powerful and always had hot water. The owner and his family are lovely and helped us with anything we needed. The property is private and quiet and surrounded by trees. Very good value.
Breakfast at Sea lap restaurant was delicious - and you can use the sunbeds and hammocks at Sea Lap all day.
The location must be one of the most beautiful in Kerala- the beach is empty except for some lovely restaurants. Swim in the warm sea before breakfast, have lunch at Sea Lap (delicious!) and watch the sun go down. You will not want to leave.
The people are so friendly and it is very relaxed.
