Brilliant location near the stunning beach and lovely hosts…what more can you ask for. Plus the air conditioning and fan worked great. Very spacious room. The host Akhil kindly arranged an early morning Shakari boat trip at Aleppey for us with a reliable tuk-tuk driver to take us there and back…I feel indebted to him for this because he made our dream become possible. Excellent restaurants available on the beach including the Dolphin Restaurant (to the right) and the Army Restaurant (to the left).

I travel a lot and 1st time I choose to give mark 10 !
Everything was perfect : location (5 mm walking to the beach & restaurants),
calm, confortable, clean & spacious room and bathroom.
Total only 2 rooms with terrasse & garden.
Big bed, AC, hot water, wifi, excellent breakfast.
And so nice family. Akhil is very nice, gentle and helpful.
I warmly recommand this place and Hope to come again as the beach is gorgeous and fisherman café delicious.

I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The homestay is set in a beautiful garden and offers a very peaceful atmosphere — waking up to birdsong each morning was lovely.
The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with convenient remote controls for both the air conditioning and fan. Breakfast was included in my rate, and I enjoyed four days of delicious Kerala-style cuisine surrounded by nature — a perfect start to the day.
The beach is just a short 4–5 minute walk away, and with only two guest rooms, the property offers great privacy and tranquility.
Akhil and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with many things and even invited me to join a local temple festival, which made the experience even more memorable. I would have stayed longer if there had been availability.
Wonderful hosts, peaceful setting, and a beautiful place to relax.

Brilliant spot! Near to the beach with spacious rooms which are very clean. ...and dont forget the kettle in the room. Always a plus!There are only 2 rooms which means it's very quiet and peaceful. Ahkil is a very kind host and will help you with anything you need. The delicious keralan breakfast is plentiful. Most definitely I'll come back here 100%
