The property is very good place and romantic , we liked it very much

The communication with the staff is very difficult we were writing them on wats all and sometimes they answer after 7 hours The house keeping service need to be maintained as well they never even pick the garbage

Very cosy, 2 storey, A-frame cottage. Stylish design and the fireplace was a lovely touch. A big shout out to the wonderful Malith who was such a great host! From lighting the fire, suggesting tea experiences, and delivering our dinner in the rain - everything was delivered with a smile. The guys in the cafe next door were friendly and the food was both delicious and super fresh. If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy the crisp weather in Nuwara Eliya definitely choose Kubana!

Kubana had beautiful decoration, a comfortable atmosphere, and good food. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

While the property has potential, our experience was disappointing overall. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, and communication with the owner was very poor from start to finish. The hospitality did not feel very welcoming, although the bar staff were lovely and friendly. The fireplace was not properly maintained and filled the room with smoke, making it uncomfortable to use. Breakfast also arrived very late, leaving us only 10 minutes to eat before a long journey to our next destination. With better communication, maintenance, and attention to guests, the experience could be much better.

This gorgeous wooden chalet was the absolute perfect romantic getaway for our honeymoon. It is incredibly beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. The interior has such a unique cozy vibe with a stunning stone fireplace, a lovely loft bedroom and a freestanding black bathtub that makes the space feel so luxurious. The hospitality was unmatched, the manager Malith was so attentive and always checking in on us. He even drove us to the train station when we left. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very nice and clearly takes pride in his service. We opted for the half board dinner at their restaurant next door with its lovely ambiance and we can confidently say the food was some of the absolute best we have had in Sri Lanka. We genuinely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
