● Great location, easily accessible to major attractions in Nuwara Eliya.
● Comfortable bedding with antique-style amenities.
● Spacious rooms.
● Fully functional Jacuzzi.
● Room heater provided.
● Adequate parking was available.
● There was poor drainage in the bathroom, leading to a consistently wet floor.
● It was difficult to adjust the water temperature, as it fluctuates frequently.
● The supply of drinking water was inadequate; (only one litre of complimentary water was provided for three guests over two days, and there was a charge for additional bottles.)
