I like staying at Avida. This was my first time staying in Tower 2. Newer unit! Also i like how they laid out the furniture which allowed for more walking space around the studio. The other units I have stayed at in Tower 1 feels cramp with too many furniture. Host is also very responsive. There were a few mishaps when I checked in but was resolved, just a minor inconvenience, but forgivable.
- I see some ants, although it doesn’t bother me much. Just important (to future guests reading this) to not leave crumbs of food as they will get to it without hesitation.
- The second time i stayed there the water heater wasn’t working but the water temp was tolerable.
