We arrived early and ask if we can check-in early but the room is not yet available, meaning to say, we have been there already and followed the 2pm check-in, BUT still we cannot check-in on time, we have waited for almost 20mins for our room to be ready, but the their check-out is @12nn. It's a family room but the socket is only on the tv area. The couch in our room is dirty as f*** and stained.. we ask if they can provide a cover, or just a towel to cover, but they said we will ask first, but never came back. No hotel slippers. No toothbrush/toothpaste. Walls are stained. Slow wifi connection.
