Th location is great, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and the My An central area. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. A particular thanks to An Khue who made my stay wonderful.
The rooms are a bit worn out, with some of stains on the walls, for example. Also, if the room is facing the main road it can get pretty noisy. But other than that all good.

Location and willingness to clean my room. Most days I said no. Immediate hot water on the 7th floor.
Terrible towels, terrible. You need to invest in better towels Lamer hotel & spa. The shower didn’t drain nor was there a curtain so water dispersed throughout the bathroom.
