    The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are wonderful, especially Jack. I would like to thank him very much for his kindness and great assistance. Just a small note: the air conditioning in my suite was quite warm despite contacting reception, although the other rooms I tried were fine. The kitchen staff are nice, but they remove the food exactly at 10:00. Also, when I ask about certain items, they sometimes say they are not available even though I can see them on the kitchen table. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent service.

    The pool area is quite neglected, with deck chairs that have holes in them, and the water was rather cloudy. Breakfast was okay. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but overall, it was a good stay.

    The hotel room cleanliness need to be improved. There are stains on the room towels & bathrobe, 1 of it even has a hole. There are also several small flies in the toilet bowl. Some staff are pleasant but some are not (no smiling at all esp the restaurant staff on our 1st day breakfast). There are 2 staffs trying hard to ask us to use their own car service to travelling spots although we told them that we have told them that we have own car services, which can be quite annoying. Breakfast choice is little but the taste still ok. Location is very good, everything (cafes, bars, coffee, restaurants, beach) is within walking distance.
