breakfast can be still more better, and quantity is not sufficient other than that all are good. you can provide bread jam etc. Location was very pleasant , calm and superb. Only included breakfast we are not satisfied. Overall superb, worth for money

Breakfast

We initially booked the room for two nights but extended our stay. Everything around the property was absolutely fascinating: the sea view, the abundance of animals, including a peacock and palm squirrels. The residence is brand new (opened in January 2026), so all the facilities — mattresses, TV, and furniture — are in perfect condition. The breakfasts were generous, offering Indian dishes as well as omelettes, toast, and fresh fruit. The villa itself is beautifully designed, providing both comfort and aesthetic pleasure to its guests. A special mention goes to the professional, attentive and highly competent manager, Sasi Nair, who made our stay flawless. Many thanks as well to the manager Nithin, who kindly responded to all our requests with a smile. Overall, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our Kerala trip truly heartwarming and unforgettable.

The location and the balcony.

We requested a second towel as there was it was only one available and they told us that one room - one towel (booking for 2 people). Wi-Fi very weak connection, we need to use ours. A net for mosquitoes at least at one of the small part of the window will help a lot for comfort.

When we booked I requested a quiet room, but the staff did not tell us there was a festival on and the speakers and music were right by our room, playing none stop music and prayers from 5am though till Midnight, very very loud, it was awful. So they moved us next door, but that was only slightly better. Luckily we had only booked 3 nights so after that we moved to a hotel along the beach front. The breakfast was nice, rice and curry etc or eggs/omelette and toast, fruit juice, fresh fruit, tea/ coffee.

The hotel is up a steep hill, about 10/12 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The bathroom shower being close to the toilet so you get your feet wet most of the time. But most of the bathrooms are like that unless you are lucky.
