    We had terrible stay at Tippys as the water heater only works through solar power. So there was no hot water in the morning and night

    Property very close to light house beach at walking distance. Cleanliness needs to improve.

    First of all, this should not be advertised as a resort. It is a small building with only 3–4 rooms, located in a very congested area. Cars cannot reach the property, so you have to walk about 300 meters with your luggage. There was no one at the reception upon arrival, and the restaurant was closed. The surroundings are very crowded, with narrow walkways, and there is no beach view from the building as advertised. During our stay, all the other rooms were vacant. The only positive aspect was that the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained.
