The stay was pleasant. We stayed here after returning from the airport as we had an early train to catch the next day. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the railway station and the KSRTC bus stand. It is also close to local amenities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were of a reasonable size and offered good value for the price.
The only issue we experienced was with cockroaches. When we returned to the room after going out, we found several cockroaches inside. I hope the hotel can address this problem with effective pest control, as it would make the stay much more comfortable.

The hotel offers a convenient location close to the KSRTC Bus station and the Central Railways Station. The room was well furnished and well maintained with clean linen. In room kettle with tea/ coffee / sugar and milk powder sachets. Bathroom was also well maintained with fresh towels and toiletries. Has a glass partitioned bath area with 24 hours supply of hot and cold water.

The stay experience was disappointing. Initially allotted room had dirty bedsheets and cobwebs, which required a room change after complaint. The second room also had pest issues, indicating lack of proper pest control. Additionally, continuous outside piling/construction noise disturbed the stay. Expected much better hygiene and maintenance standards from this property.
