The look and feel of the house. The vibe is very Positive. The terrace is simply amazing. I am sure.. monsoon and winters will be blissful. The Property is near the beach and there are good restaurants nearby.
Parking is a bit tricky.
One can think of installing an inverter given the frequency of the powercut. Having said power was getting resume within 10-15 min max.

The property is clean and modern. Very well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen.
The property is located inside a very old building. The entire building is very dirty and the surroundings are not clean as well
