GuestReady - Luxurious living with sea views

Location, right in front of the train, accessible to downtown dublin. Pubs and malls nearby. It was clean and our stay was quite comfortable.

The bed on the second bedroom needs to be replaced. We can feel the springs on it. On the mornings, outside the first bedroom, it can be quite loud from the trains, buses, and construction.

Excellent location right across the street from Blackrock's DART station for easy access to central Dublin. Right on the waterfront, great for walking and jogging. Steps away from Blackrock's many excellent cafés, restaurants, and bars. Two supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment is very spacious and reasonably well appointed.

The downside of the location's central location is that it's a bit noisy at night. One bedroom hears the train noise and buses backing up into a holding area by the station, and the other bedroom hears street noise. Also, we were unable to open the lockbox to get the keys, which was stressful after arriving rather late to the property. We spent a lot of time trying fruitlessly to open it. Finally we messaged the management company (no phone number is given), who provided a different code. Apparently, they had given us an incorrect code the first time. Thankfully they responded quickly despite the late hour, but if they hadn't I don't know what we would have done.

Excellent location, lovely, modern, spacious apartment.

There were three flights of stairs leading up to the apartment which we were not aware of at the time of booking, and no elevator. The 2 elderly ladies in my party had a hard time with the stairs and if I had known about them I definitely would not have booked this accommodation.
