Beautiful flat in a lovely location.

The location, beautiful canal walks close by, and Victoria Park. Very easy for transport links with Mile End and Cambridge Heath easy walking distance. We also loved the decor in the flat, it had a lovely personal touch. Nice fabrics and colours, gorgeous old cast iron radiators and doors. Filled with interesting details.

Unfortunately the shower wasn’t great, the water pressure generally wasn’t very strong. And the cold tap in the bathroom would often run warm for a long time.

The two redeeming features of this property are the location and the decor. This small apartment has been done up well.

The shower has incredibly poor water pressure literally a dribble, this was frustrating and disappointing after travelling 24 hours from aus into a London during a heatwave. Defo needs a pump installed. I told host and they seemed unbothered. The bathroom also stunk badly of drains, finishing touches are lazy - no real glasses to drink from and hardly any toilet roll provided. Be prepared the walls are painfully thin - could hear the neighbour talking word for word early hours, drilling very early in morning, plus his dogs barking all the time. Wouldn’t stay here again.
